How we work

Small team, real ownership. Every engineer at SwiftRise owns a meaningful piece of the system. You will see your work running in production, used daily by people whose jobs depend on it working correctly.

We do not do crunch culture or hero engineering. We build carefully, review each other's work, and ship sustainably. The codebases we maintain have to keep working for years. That requires care, not velocity worship.

You will work across the full stack over time. We expect engineers to understand the product, the users, and the data, not just their assigned layer.

Frontend Engineer

Build the interfaces that industrial operations teams use every day. You will work with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind, and ship code that runs in mining sites and equipment warehouses across Indonesia.

What we're looking for

→3+ years building production React applications
→Strong TypeScript: you write types, not any
→Comfort with mobile-first, responsive design
→Experience with shadcn/ui or Radix UI primitives
→Ability to read and understand backend APIs

Backend Engineer

Full-time · Jakarta

Design and build the APIs and data models that power SwiftRise systems. You will work across multiple entities and domains, from procurement workflows to inventory management to operational reporting.

What we're looking for

→3+ years building production APIs (Node.js / NestJS preferred)
→PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization, migrations
→Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns
→Understanding of auth, RBAC, and multi-tenancy
→Systematic debugger: you read logs before you guess
